Fig. 1

专利说明:

15 20 25 30 35 2 Preferably, the extensions forming the partition wall are kiss-offs of rotational molding.
The invention will be described in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 shows a grease separator according to the invention in a vertical section in the area between the inlet and the outlet, and Figure 2 shows the grease separator in a horizontal section at the partition wall.
The grease separator shown in Figures 1 and 2 is a free-standing and removable grease separator intended for indoor use. It is manufactured as a closed container by casting plastic material. In a horizontal section, the container is approximately rectangular, whereby it enters well through narrow spaces (the narrower end sides can be, for example, less than 80 cm, whereby it enters well through doors). The narrower end walls 1, 2 correspondingly have an inlet 1a, through which waste water to be separated is led to the inner space 5 of the container, and an outlet 2a, through which the water phase, from which the grease has been separated, is diverted from the inner space 5. The slightly lower existing outlet 2a also determines the liquid level in the container. Between the inlet and the outlet there are transverse vertical partitions 5a, 5b.
Figure 1 illustrates the function of the separator with arrows. The greasy wastewater is led in through the inlet, flowing under the control of the first transverse partition 5a first downwards, the heavier, various solids containing the sludge going down into a sediment trap bounded by a partition wall 5c rising from the bottom 6 to a certain height in the direction of the opposite end wall 2 and which lies before the second partition wall 5b. The water and grease flow below the first partition wall 5a to a grease separation zone which is located between the first partition wall and the second partition wall 5b which is close to the second end wall 2. The partition walls 5a, 5b thus insulate the grease separation zone in the middle of the container, separately from the inlet 2a and outlet 2b. The grease which is lighter differs on the surface of the water and is kept between the partitions 5a, 5b. Clean water can under surface below the second partition wall 5b to the outlet 2a. Wastewater to be treated is usually diverted to the separator in periods. Grease and sludge that accumulate gradually in the container can also be removed in periods.
The partitions 5a, 5b extend across the inner space 5 of the container between wider side walls 3, 4. Figure 2 shows how both partitions consist of the parts of the side walls 3, 4 which extend inwards and connect to each other in the middle. This construction can be easily formed, for example, when the container is manufactured by rotational molding of a plastic material (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide), whereby kiss-off can be achieved with the aid of the shapes of the rotary mold fusion of the wall shapes formed by rotational molding, thanks to the plastic material in a molten state, from two different directions to a uniform dense construction. Such a kiss-off phenomenon has previously been used e.g. to provide reinforcements in casting products, for example in pallets made by rotational casting in a manner presented in U.S. Patent 6,80791 1.
In casting, such as precisely rotational casting, the stepwise shapes shown in i gur1 can also be produced which run horizontally around the container and reinforce the structure of the container. Of course, the structure is also reinforced by the partitions 5a, 5b. The partition wall 5c, which adjoins the bottom and limits the sediment capture, can also be manufactured - according to the same principle - from parts extending inwards from opposite walls 3, 4.
Figure 1 further shows how, in order to improve the washability, a gap has been left between the upper edges of the partitions 5a, 5b and the upper wall 7, through which gap the liquids can surface freely. In addition, the upper wall 7 is provided with a control and draining opening 7a which can be closed with a lid and which is located directly above the grease separation zone and through which grease and sludge can be removed, for example with a suction hose.
The invention can be modified within the scope of the appended claims, and it is not limited to the forms presented above. The grease can also be applied to grease separators mounted on site.
